We collect only what we need to quote, install, service, remove, transfer or buy stairlifts.

When you request a quote, book a service or repair, or offer us a stairlift, we collect the details you provide. These may include your name, phone number, email address, county or address, and information about your staircase or stairlift, including photographs you upload.
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a quote or offer, arrange surveys, installations, servicing, repairs, removals or collections, provide warranty support and maintain records required by law. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the business.
Photos submitted through our Sell My Stairlift form are compressed and stored in a protected upload area on this website. The notification email sent to our team contains secure links to those images rather than attaching the files. Please do not include identity documents, payment cards or unrelated personal information in a photo.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We may share only what is necessary with trusted providers that help us host the website, deliver email, complete a job or comply with the law. They may use it only to provide the relevant service.
Enquiries that do not lead to a job, including uploaded photos, are normally deleted within 12 months. Customer, warranty and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then securely deleted or anonymised.
Under data-protection law you may ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain uses.
